Bedford's Life Care Walden Region Appoints New VP

Judy Girouard was appointed vice president of Life Care Centers of America's Walden Region on Dec. 26.

 

Life Care Centers of America named Judy Giroud vice president of their Walden Region, which is based in Bedford, on Wednesday, according to a press release from LCCA.

“My desire is to provide great care and support to the residents, their families and the people who care for our residents,” said Girouard in the release. “There is a tremendous opportunity to positively impact so many lives.”

Giroud, a resident of Westminster, previously served as vice president of quality and resident services for Brickstone Senior Living in Andover, vice president of program development at Hebrew SeniorLife in Boston and regional vice president of clinical service at Genesis ElderCare. 

“Judy brings a unique background to the role,” said Zofia Long, vice president for Life Care’s Northeast Division. “She has had a variety of leadership roles in clinical operations that have proven successful in customer service and patient-centered care.”

Giroud is a registered nurse, with 25 years of experience in long-term care, according to the release. 

LCCA's Walden Region is located at 14 Crosby Drive in Bedford.
