Exactly How Much Snow Did Bedford Get During the Blizzard of '13?

The National Weather Service is reporting some towns around Bedford received upward of 2 feet of snow. Did Bedford hit the 2 feet mark?

 

 

Snowfall totals for Massachusetts and Connecticut from the Blizzard of 2013 have been released by the National Weather Service, with some towns in Middlesex County reporting up to 30 inches of snow. 

Bedford was just shy of the 2 foot mark, with 23.2 inches falling on town during the blizzard. 

Some towns and cities around Bedford received more than 2 feet of snow, with Waltham receiving 25 inches, Littleton receiving 27 inches, Acton receiving 27 inches and Belmont also receiving 27 inches. Check out the chart below for a more complete look at snowfall totals in nearby communities.

Peak wind gusts in Massachusetts exceeded 80 mph, with winds in East Boston reaching a high of 76 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
