The following is a letter from the Bedford resident Rich Hamilton:

We had a great 6th Annual Bedford Turkey Trot this morning selling out with over 220 Runners and Walkers....and the best news of all we broke our donation record for the Bedford Food Pantry by raising over $4200!!! 

Thanks to all participants, volunteers and the Bedford Police Department for their support! Special thanks to Bedford Florist for their donation of 8 beautiful floral centerpieces for our winners.

This was an outstanding event and I am truly thankful for Thursday! HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL.
