UPDATE: Hanscom Field Runways Reopen
A disabled plane was blocking the way at Hanscom from 1:20 to 3:10 p.m.
UPDATE 4:23 p.m.- There was a plane that landed at Hanscom Field with flat tires and stopped at the intersection of two runways, according to a Massport spokesperson.
Flights were diverted to Worcester Airport while the plane was repaired, from about 1:20 to 3:10 p.m. today, according to the Massport spokesperson.
The runways are now reopen.
ORIGINAL POST-Scanner reports say the Hanscom Airport in Bedford is diverting flights to Worcester Airport because of a disabled plane said to have flat tires at one of Hanscom's runway intersections.
