2. Green Spaces from Boston to Bedford

4. Friends for Matty: Comedy Night
Where/When: Saint Michael's Catholic Church, 90 Concord Road, Bedford; 7 p.m., Saturday, April 27
Why Go: A lineup of comedians, dinner, a cash bar, raffles nad a silent auction benefits Friends for Matty Foundation's mission to provide financial assistance to families in the area with children who are battling cancer, along with local hospitals and supporting research for neuroblastoma and other childhood cancers.

5. Spring Concert
Where/When: Holy Family Parish, 12 Monument Square, Concord; 7 p.m., Sunday, April 28
Why Go: An annual event, the spring concert involves the choirs of Holy Family, West Concord Union Church and other churches in the Concord area.
