TELL US: What Eatery Are You Most Excited to See Open in Bedford in 2013?

Back in January we reported Attorney Pamela Brown was seeking permits from Bedford for a Subway restaurant at 170 Great Road, the old Verizon Store next to the Post Office.  

Construction has already started to accomodate a take out focused Panera at 213 Burlington Road, and the restaurant is expected to open its doors by March 21, according to Brown.  

Although it remains unclear when Chipotle will open its doors, it is expected the burrito joint will fill the vacancy at the old Friendlys location at 343 Great Road sometime this year.

So we want to know, whether your a fan of Mexican food, soups and sandwiches or all three, which restaurant are you excited to see open in Bedford in 2013?
