The aftermath of a house fire, a look at 1366 Technologies ambitions for their new Bedford factory and skyrocketing gas prices.

 

Following a devestating house fire at 224 Carlisle Road that displaced the Fox Tree family from their home, . In addition to the damage to their home, the Fox Tree family lost their pets, clothes and other personal belongings, according to the fundraising website. A fundraiser for the Fox Tree family has been organized for Feb. 28 at Flatbread Co. 

After a two-alarm house fire cause $150,000 in property damage to their home,the Fox Tree family is looking for help removing personal belongings from their home after a ceiling collapsed on the first floor of their 224 Carlisle Road home. According to family friend Linda Christen, the family lost many baby photos, high school memorabilia and fifteen years' worth of family photo albums are "seriously singed or water damaged."

Earlier in February 1366 Technologies held the grand opening of a solar wafer manufacturing plant in Bedford where the company plans to focus on developing its Direct Wafer technology. . 

Gas prices have surged in Massachusetts over the last month, with AAA Southern New England reporting its survey of prices in Massachusetts on Monday found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $3.72 per gallon, four cents higher than a week ago and up 31 cents over the past month. .
