Police: A BB Gun and a Slow Driver

The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Sunday, Dec. 23

8:35 a.m.- The Bedford Police Department responded to a call of two teenage males on Elm Street shooting a gun. The responding officers reported it was a BB gun.

2:05 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a possible past credit card fraud at The Bikeway Source

Monday, Dec. 24

12:40 p.m.- A resident of El-Will Farm Road reported ongoing threats, suspicious activity and unauthorized use of her credit card. 

4:43 p.m.- BPD received a call from the Lexington Police Department requesting BPD take a report for a stolen bicycle. 

6:44 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a car struck a deer in front of 31 Burlington Road. DPW was notified. 

8:28 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a vehicle being operated erratically, slower than 10 mph, on Great Road near Brooksbie Road. The responding officer could not locate the vehicle. 

Tuesday, Dec. 25

1:37 a.m.- Police received a call reporting the odor of natural gas near 111 South Road. The Bedford Fire Department reported the slight smell of natural gas in the area. National Grid was notified. 

2:31 p.m.- An individual came into the Bedford Police Department to report his dog, a small yorkshire terrier, had run away from home.

11:28 p.m.- A caller reported a suspicious male, dressed in all black, in the area between CVS and Stop and Shop. The responding officer did not locate the individual.
