Monday, Dec. 10
8:44 a.m.- An officer located a laptop computer near 524 Springs Road. The laptop did not hit as stolen when checked by the Bedford Police Department.
1:00 p.m.- Police received a call from a supervisor at Dunkin Donuts who reported a verbal distrubance with a male using the drive thru. The individual struck the glass window with his fists. Officers responded but could not locate the vehicle. The responding officer spoke with the caller and reported the male paid for his coffee and that there was no damage to any property.
1:28 p.m.- A resident of Old Billerica Road reported she heard a sound like an explosion and she suspected a transformer had blown. The caller reported she still had power. The responding officer checked the area and did not find anything.
Tuesday, Dec. 11
9:47 a.m.- A caller reported the lights at Shawsheen Road at Great Road were not cycling properly, and had not turned green for several light cycles. The responding officer observed the lights and reported they were cycling properly.
12:22 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a missing student who had walked away from Bedford High School. Police were notified the student had returned to school, and an officer followed up with the student and his parents.
6:21 p.m.- Police received a call reporting two solicitors in the area of 10 Washington Street. An officer spoke with the two individuals and advised them they could not continue to go door-to-door until they received approval from the police department.
