Police: An Irate Customer At Staples

The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Wednesday, Dec. 26

11:33 a.m.- An individual came into the Bedford Police Department to report a larceny.

6:25 p.m.- Police received reports of a single vehicle accident with air bags deployed but no injury in front of 125 Middlesex Turnpike. Police and emergency officials responded, but the operator refused medical service. 

8:12 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a vehicle accident with possible injury on Great Road at Pine Street. Responding officers reported there was no injury, and that the vehicle was towed.

11:57 p.m.- A caller reported three vehicles, a white Ford Explorer, a Toyota Four Runner and a black Dodge Pickup Truck were in the area of 53 Wildwood Drive. The caller said the Explorer hit a telephone pole and then left the area, followed shortly by the other two vehicles. The responding officer reported there was no damage to telephone poles in the area, but a newspaper box had been damaged.

Thursday, Dec. 27

 12:09 a.m.- Police received a call reporting a large tree branch down on Anthony Road. The responding officer reported the roadway was impassable. DPW was notified. 

4:24 a.m.- Police received a call reporting an outside fire at the V.A. Medical Center. The responding officer reported a live wire down in a wooded area. NStar was notified.  

11:14 a.m.- Frank Sosinsky was arrested on an active warrant. Sosinsky was transported to Concord District Court.

3:02 p.m.- Police received a call from a resident of Shawsheen Road reporting the odor of natural gas inside the house. The responding officer reported low readings inside the residence. National Grid responded.

4:31 p.m.- An employee of Staples reported an irate customer and requested an officer present. The responding officer reported the customer was dealing with a manager and that everything was in order. 

5:47 p.m.- A resident of Elm Street requested to speak with an officer regarding photos found on a cell phone.

10:46 p.m.- Police received a call reporting kids standing in the middle of Concord Road wearing dark clothing. The responding officer reported the kids were gone by the time he searched the area.

11:12 p.m.- Police received a call from a resident of Reeves Road reporting a verbal arguement.
