Police: An OUI Arrest

The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Thursday, Dec. 20

6:04 a.m.- The Bedford Police Department responded to a disabled motor vehicle on Burlington Road at Hume Road. The responding officer provided the operator with a courtesy transport to the station to call for assistance.

7:32 a.m.- A caller reported a deer had been hit with a vehicle in front of 85 North Road.

8:36 a.m.- A caller reported traffic could not get through the light on Shawsheen Road at Great Road as the light would not turn green. An officer observed the lights and reported they were cycling properly.

10:05 a.m.- Police received a call reporting a loose dog near New England Nurseries. The responding officer could not locate the dog. 

10:50 a.m.- The Burlington Police Department reported a robbery at Brookline Bank at 72 Mall Road. A Bedford officer was requested at the town line. 

6:24 p.m.- A caller reported slashes in their tires which were completely flat. The responding officer reported it was clear the car had driven over a curb. 

10:15 p.m.- Martin Brown, of 3625 North Silver Springs Road Kingsman, AZ under arrested by BPD for operating under the influence of alcohol. Police had received reports of a vehicle being operated erratically on Concord Road, swerving across the road, attempting to turn into a driveway and driving up onto an embankment.
