Police: An OUI Arrest

The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Sunday, Jan. 6

12:58 a.m.- The Bedford Police Department responded to a call from a resident of 119 Old Billerica Road resident reporting a car had hit a telephone pole in front of his property. The caller said he spoke with the driver who said she was not injured. BPD arrested the driver, Samantha Hussey, of 17 Roberts Drive in Bedford, for operating under the influence.

1:38 p.m.- An individual came into BPD to report she had lost her wallet.

4:15 p.m.- A manager at Stop and Shop called to report an individual was spotted taking the liscense plate off of one vehicle and onto another in the parking lot and then drove off. The responding officer spoke with the owner of the vehicle who reported he had just purchased the car and was putting his liscense plate on it.

8:12 p.m.- Police received a call requesting assistance with a resident who had run off from 445 Concord Road and was in front of Bedford High School refusing to go home. The responding officer reported he transported the individual back home.
