Police: An OUI Arrest and a Burlington Bank Robbery

Tuesday, Nov. 13

9:54 a.m.- A caller reported a truck had pulled wires down on Pine Hill Road. The responding officer reported they were telephone wires, and Verizon was notified.

10:07 a.m.- Police responded to a report that two Lane Elementary School students did not report to school. The responding officer made contact with the mother of the children who reported the children had overslept. 

2:57 p.m.- Members of the Bedford Police Department responded to a call at Burlington Road and Bedford Street to help secure a perimeter following a bank robbery in Burlington. 

8:36 p.m.- Gayle Lombardo, of 840 Winchester Street in Holliston was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of alcohol on North Road.

Wednesday, Nov. 14

8:19 a.m.- A resident of North Road reported a male sitting in a black sedan across the street from her house, in front of a vacant property. The responding officers spoke with the owner of the vehicle, who reported he was a home energy consultant, and was there at the request of a homeowner.

2:45 p.m.- A caller reported a vehicle being operated erratically on Concord Road heading into Concord. The caller reported it appeared a young male was attempting to exit the vehicle by the passenger door while the vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed and swerving across the road. Concord Police were notified, but the vehicle was unable to be located.
