12:19 p.m.- A caller reported a white Buick stopped for a long time at the stop sign at McMahon Road and Concord Road. The vehicle turned right into the wrong lane, over the double yellow lines. 1:00 p.m.- An employee of Organix Salon reported there was a group of three or four people standing directly in front of the entrance of the salon smoking cigarettes. The employee would like the group to move away from the door so customers didn't have to walk through smoke to get into the salon.
