Police Log: New Year's Eve Edition

The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Monday, Dec. 31

12:43 a.m.- A resident of Avon Road reported a series of annoying calls. The responding officer reported the calls were being made by kids, and that everything was in order.

12:18 p.m.- The Bedford Police Department received a call from the DoubleTree Bedford Glen Hotel reporting an unwanted guest. The responding officers reported upon arrival a female fled from them by jumping out a window. The individual was later located and transported to Lahey Clinic. 

4:29 p.m.- A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in a driveway on Elmbrook Road. The responding officer reported he believed the vehicle belonged to an employee of the reporting person's neighbor. The officer spoke with the reporting person who said the vehicle would not be a problem.

5:23 p.m.- A caller reported a white pickup truck with blue lettering on the side being operated erratically on North Road heading eastbound toward Great Road. The responding officer reported the vehicle was gone by the time he searched the area.

11:23 p.m.- A resident of Railroad Avenue called to report the staff at that location was not giving her her medication. The responding officer spoke with the reporting person, who said she did not like the way she was given her medication. 

11:42 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a vehicle crash in front of the DoubleTree Bedford Glen Hotel with no injuries.
