Bedford Baseball Will Take on Shawsheen in State Tournament
Bedford High will play at 4 p.m. Friday.
Bedford High baseball will play Shawsheen in the preliminary round of the MIAA Division 3 North tournament at 4 p.m. Friday at Shawsheen.
Bedford, which finished the year 8-11, is the number 18 seed. Shawsheen went 9-9 and is the number 15 seed.
The winner of the Friday game will take on number two seed Bishop Fenwick on Sunday.

The number one seed in the tournament is North Reading, which ended the year with an 18-2 record. North Reading is the defending Division 3 state champs.
